Headlight provides a friendly, non-clinical space for young people who are experiencing emotional and mental health issues, and their families.

Headlight delivers peer support through:

• Facilitated sessions for young people aged between 13 to 24 years 

• Access to one to one support and guidance during session

• Information, signposting, advice and advocacy on mental health and wellbeing related issues to young people and their families by telephone, email and face to face

Get Support

Anyone can refer a young person to our peer support service - a parent, teacher, GP or a young person can self refer.
